If your home has excessive build up in the bathroom, kitchen, windows, baseboards, etc you may need a Deep Cleaning Service. Our Move-in / Move-out cleaning service does not require that extra elbow grease that comes with a deep clean. Most of our Move-in / Move-out cleans don’t require a Deep Clean Service but in some cases if there is excessive build up a Move-in / Move-out clean just won’t do the trick. What To Expect With Our Move In – Move Out Clean
When you hire us for our Move-in / Move-out cleaning service, below is what you can expect. Remember, if you want a specific service done for your home, we will customize the cleaning of your home to meet your needs and expectations. Just let us know what you need to be done and we’ll make a note to incorporate it in your cleaning service.
Kitchen
- All Cabinet fronts scrubbed and polished
- Clean inside all cabinets, drawers, and pantry
- Wash refrigerator ( inside and out )
- Clean and shine outside of appliances· Clean stove top and burner pans
- Clean inside and outside of microwave
- Counter tops and backsplashes (disinfect & Shine)
- Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed and polished
- Stove-top and backsplashes scrubbed and polished
- Sink(s) (disinfect and shine)
- Vacuum and mop kitchen floor
Bathrooms
- Scrub and disinfect sink, toilet, and tub – inside and out
- Tub / Shower and tiles cleaned
- All bathroom counters ( disinfect & polish)
- Fixtures (Wiped clean, disinfect & polish)
- Cabinet fronts (Scrub & polish)
- Spot clean mirror, shower doors, and picture glass
- Wash & polish doors, window ledges, frames, raised panels
- Baseboards (Washed & polish)
- Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or washed) Mini-Blinds ( Washed & polish)
- High dust ceilings for cobwebs
- Spot clean walls, doorjambs, and light switches for fingerprints
- All doors (Washed and polished)
- Vacuum and mop floor
Bedrooms
- Baseboards (Washed & polish, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or Washed) Mini-Blinds ( Washed & polish)
- Wash & polish moldings, woodwork, and window sills
- Light fixtures (hand washed in place / not removed)
- High dust ceilings for cobwebs
- Spot clean walls, doorjambs, and light switches for fingerprints
- All doors (Washed and polished)
- Vacuum all floors (including inside closets)
- Mop all hard flooring
Throughout House
- Baseboards (Washed & Shined )
- Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or washed) Mini-Blinds ( washed & shined)
- Wash & Shine moldings, woodwork, and window sills
- Ceiling fan blades Washed & Shined)
- Light fixtures (hand washed in place / not removed)
- High dust ceilings for cobwebs
- Spot clean walls, doorjambs, and light switches for fingerprints
- All doors (washed and shinned)
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)
- Vacuum all floors (includes closets)
- Mop all hard flooring
- Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect)
- Clean or dust hanging light fixtures and fans, as needed
- Wash stairs, banister and railing
- Clean inside and outside of fireplace and mantel

The Fine Print:
• We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster.
• Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step stepstool.
• We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
• Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave; we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
• Cleaning is by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $50 service fee.
